Sky Richardson is an industrial and commercial broker who helps business owners and investors across the Carolinas and Southeast solve the real estate challenges that stand between them and growth.

As a broker at Pintail, Sky focuses on industrial, flex, and office real estate across the Upstate of South Carolina. He helps owners and investors buy, sell, and lease space that fits how their businesses actually operate – and where they’re headed next.

Sky came to commercial real estate after more than 12 years building businesses. Much of that time was spent in marketing and business development, including years as the go-to ghostwriter for companies publishing on Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Nasdaq. He later led marketing and operational strategy for a seven-figure financial services company. He’s also sat on the other side of the table as a founder, building and running his own company for more than a decade.

That background – evaluating opportunities, negotiating deals, and owning the outcome – shapes how he works with clients today. Sky is also personally invested in commercial real estate deals across the Carolinas, so he brings a working understanding of financing, returns, and risk to every conversation, not just a broker’s-eye view.
